Return Policy

You may return any new computer purchased from Refurble.com that is “dead on arrival,” or is still in unopened boxes, for a refund within 30 days of purchase. We reserves the right to test “dead on arrival” returns and charge 15% of the purchased price fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Refurble.com will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.

All returns require a return authorization. Returns shipped without authorization will be refused. Call to request a Return Authorization number.

Restocking Fee
Any item purchased and returned within the 30 day warranty period because the buyer does not need the item, does not like the item anymore, will be assessed a 15% restocking fee when processing the refund.
