So far, I couldn’t be happier. The unit I received looked like brand new inside and out as if it had never been used. The body and keyboard were pristine. Setup was easy and the system is exactly as described. Only had it a week but so far, exactly what I needed.

Laptop arrived w/a seemingly smaller hard drive than advertised. Sent Refurble an email, they responded w/in an hour, offering to assist either over the phone, or via prepaid shipping to install the correct hard drive and return to me. They talked me through a diagnostic process over the phone, step by step, enabling me to correct the problem myself and use the laptop as intended. Great service.
